دعا المستشار الألماني، أولاف شولتس، إلى الاستعداد لحقيقة أن الدول الغربية سيتعين عليها مساعدة أوكرانيا لفترة طويلة.
وصرح المستشار الألماني في مقابلة نشرتها اليوم الخميس صحيفة “كوريري ديلا سيرا” الإيطالية “لا نعرف متى ستنتهي هذه الحرب، ولكن هناك أمر واحد واضح، وهو أن الرئيس الروسي، فلاديمير بوتين، لديه القدرة على إنهاءها على الفور من خلال وقف الأعمال القتالية، وسحب القوات. ويمكن أن يتبع ذلك مفاوضات من أجل سلام عادل بين أوكرانيا روسيا، كما اقترحت كييف منذ فترة”.
وأضاف شولتس “لذلك، يجب أن نستعد لحقيقة أنه سيتعين علينا مساعدة أوكرانيا لفترة طويلة. وسندعم أوكرانيا في تحقيق سلام عادل ودائم. ولهذه الغاية، نجري مشاورات مكثفة مع أوكرانيا والعديد من البلدان الأخرى”.
ووفقا للمستشار الألماني، فإن الأمر يتعلق حتى الآن بـ “مساعدة أوكرانيا في الدفاع عن نفسها”، وشدد على أن “الهدف الأساسي هو تحقيق سلام عادل وإنهاء هذه الحرب الرهيبة التي تجلب الكثير من المعاناة والدمار”.
وفيما يتعلق بالوضع الذي سينشأ بعد انتهاء الصراع، أشار شولتس إلى الحاجة إلى التزامات محددة من شركاء وحلفاء أوكرانيا لتعزيز أمنها قائلا “نحن نناقش هذا بالفعل مع السياسيين الأوكرانيين وأقرب حلفائنا”.
وقال المستشار الألماني إن “أوكرانيا تنتمي إلى الأسرة الأوروبية، ونحن مصممون على دعمها في طريقها للانضمام إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي، ومن الواضح للجميع أن الانضمام إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي لا يمكن أن يحدث إلا بعد استيفاء معايير الانضمام”.
ومن المقرر أن يزور شولتس روما يوم الخميس ويلتقي خلالها بالرئيس الإيطالي، سيرجيو ماتاريلا، ورئيسة الوزراء، جورجيا ميلوني.
ويدعو الغرب روسيا باستمرار إلى التفاوض، الأمر الذي أكدت موسكو استعدادها له، وفي الوقت نفسه، يتجاهل الغرب رفض كييف المستمر للتفاوض.
وفي وقت سابق قال المندوب الدائم لروسيا لدى الأمم المتحدة، فاسيلي نيبينزيا، إن موسكو مستعدة للنظر في مقترحات كييف بشأن التسوية، مع مراعاة مقترحات الجانب الروسي والوضع “على الأرض”، مشيرا إلى أن النظام في كييف غير مهتم بهذا.
كذلك صرح الكرملين أنه لا توجد مؤشرات على إمكانية انتقال الوضع في أوكرانيا إلى مسار سلمي، والأولوية المطلقة بالنسبة لروسيا هي تحقيق أهداف العملية الخاصة، وفي الوقت الحالي هذا ممكن فقط بالوسائل العسكرية.
وأكد الكرملين في أكثر من مناسبة على أن الوضع في أوكرانيا يمكن أن يتحرك في اتجاه سلمي، بشرط أن يؤخذ الوضع الفعلي والحقائق الجديدة في الاعتبار.
