جاء ذلك وفق ما أفادت به صحيفة “دير شبيغل” وقناة ZDF التلفزيونية، حيث تقول المصادر إن مجرمين مرتبطين بأوكرانيا قد يكونوا ضالعين في تفجيرات خطي أنابيب “السيل الشمالي”.
رسميا، يواصل مكتب المدعي العام الفدرالي الألماني التحقيق، إلا أن الأدلة جميعا تشير إلى متهمين لهم علاقة بأوكرانيا، ولا يوجد دليل موثوق على مشتبه بهم من روسيا.
وكان الصحفي الأمريكي سيمور هيرش، الحائز لجائرة بوليتزر قد وجه أصابع الاتهام نحو واشنطن بالوقوف وراء تنظيم هجمات “السيل الشمالي”، ثم ظهرت رواية نشرتها “نيويورك تايمز” و”تسايت” الألمانية و”تايمز” البريطانية ونشرت تقارير عن وقوف “جماعة موالية لأوكرانيا” أو “أوكرانيين” وراء التفجير، إلا أنها أشارت إلى عدم وجود أي دليل على أن هؤلاء الأشخاص قد تعاونوا مع السلطات الأوكرانية أو تلقوا أوامر منها. كما نفت تلك التقارير وقوف الولايات المتحدة أو روسيا وراء العملية.
