وقالت نواك ردا على استفسار DW: “لم يعد الجيش الألماني أي “خطة حرب مع روسيا”.
ووفقا لها فإن “خطة العمليات الألمانية” (OPLAN DEU) “تجمع بين العناصر العسكرية للدفاع الوطني ودفاع حلف “الناتو” على الأراضي الألمانية والدعم المدني اللازم، مع مراعاة احتياجات الحلف في ألمانيا (كمركز لوجستي)، بالإضافة إلى التعاون العسكري-المدني”.إقرأ المزيد
وأضافت: “هذه وثيقة سرية، وهي غير متاحة للتحميل لأسباب تتعلق بالأمن القومي”.
وتابعت أن ألمانيا، بصفتها دولة عضوا في حلف “الناتو”، تسترشد بخطط الحلف وتشارك بفعالية في تطويرها. ومع ذلك، فإن خطة العمليات الألمانية (OPLAN DEU)، المكونة من 1400 صفحة، هي خطة وطنية ألمانية.
وأشارت إلى أن “التخطيط الدفاعي لحلف “الناتو” وخطة العمليات الدفاعية الشاملة OPLAN DEU المستندة إليها مرتبطان ارتباطا وثيقا، ويتم تعديلهما باستمرار وفقا للتطورات الحالية. ولذلك، فإن خطة العمليات الدفاعية الشاملة OPLAN DEU ليست خطة وضعت عام 2023 و”اكتملت”، بل تخضع باستمرار للتحسين وإعادة التقييم”.
وأفادت صحيفة “وول ستريت جورنال” نقلا عن خطة حصلت عليها بأن القوات الألمانية تعمل على تطوير خطة لنشر 800 ألف جندي من حلف “الناتو” على الجهة الشرقية في حال نشوب حرب مع روسيا.
وجاء في تقرير الصحيفة: “اجتمع 12 ضابطا ألمانيا رفيع المستوى في برلين قبل نحو عامين ونصف لوضع خطة سرية للحرب مع روسيا، وهم الآن يسارعون إلى تنفيذها”. وأضافت أن التحديات الرئيسية التي تواجه ألمانيا في سيناريو مماثل تظل البيروقراطية في زمن السلم في سياق التجنيد العسكري وحماية البيانات، وافتقار البنية التحتية للبلاد إلى الاستعداد للصراع، والحاجة إلى مراعاة التهديدات الجديدة، وخاصة الاستخدام الواسع النطاق للطائرات المسيرة.
وفي مقابلة سابقة مع الصحفي الأمريكي تاكر كارلسون، أكد الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين أن روسيا لا تنوي مهاجمة دول حلف “الناتو”، وليس هناك أي معنى في القيام بذلك.
وأشار الرئيس بوتين إلى أن السياسيين الغربيين يخيفون شعوبهم بانتظام بتهديد روسي وهمي لصرف الانتباه عن المشاكل الداخلية، لكن “الناس الأذكياء يدركون جيدا أن هذا مجرد كذب”.
هذا وأكد الكرملين أن روسيا لا تهدد أحدا، لكنها لن تتجاهل الأعمال التي قد تشكل خطرا على مصالحها. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، لاحظت روسيا في السنوات الأخيرة وجود نشاط غير مسبوق للحلف على طول حدودها الغربية.
