أعلنت الرئيسة الجورجية السابقة سالومي زورابيشفيلي، التي باتت اليوم واحدة من أبرز رموز المعارضة الراديكالية، خلال خطابها في التجمع الجماهيري الذي نُظّم في تبليسي بتاريخ 31 مارس/آذار من العام الجاري، بمناسبة الذكرى الرابعة والثلاثين للاستفتاء على استقلال جورجيا، أن “النضال من أجل الحرية والاستقلال لا يزال مستمراً، ولذلك يجب على القوى المؤيدة لأوروبا أن تتوحد ضمن منصة مقاومة مشتركة”.
زورابيشفيلي، التي عادت إلى البلاد عقب جولة قامت بها في دول البلطيق، أوضحت أن الهدف من هذه “المنصة” هو التمهيد لإجراء انتخابات برلمانية جديدة، بحجة أن انتخابات 26 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2024 “تم تزويرها”، رغم أنها لم تقدم أي أدلة تثبت ذلك.
وخلال المظاهرة، لم تتحفظ الرئيسة السابقة في كلماتها، وصرحت أن “النظام القائم يستند إلى دعاية من الطراز الروسي”، مؤكدة أن المعارضة أمامها طريق طويل لتحقيق هدفها بتغيير السلطة في البلاد.
لكن الغالبية الساحقة من المشاركين في التجمع أبدوا رفضهم لخطاب زورابيشفيلي، وقاموا بإطلاق صيحات الاستهجان ضدها. في حين وصفت السلطات الرسمية في تبليسي هذا الحدث بأنه “حراك لقوى راديكالية تسعى إلى إحداث ثورة”.
وفي تطور لاحق، التقت زورابيشفيلي في 30 أبريل/نيسان 2025، بسفراء دول الاتحاد الأوروبي، وذلك بعد يوم واحد من إطلاقها ما يسمى بـ”منصة المقاومة”. وفي أعقاب هذا اللقاء، صرحت قائلة: “يجب أن نكون مستعدين ليس فقط للانتخابات البرلمانية، بل ليوم ما بعد الانتخابات، أي لتشكيل حكومة ائتلافية”. كما أعربت عن قناعة تامة بأن “أيام الحكومة الجورجية الحالية باتت معدودة”.
ويعتبر العديد من الخبراء والمحللين السياسيين المستقلين أن تصريحات زورابيشفيلي تشكل رسالة، أو كما بات يُطلق عليها مؤخراً “مِسِّينج”، من رعاتها الغربيين إلى السلطات الجورجية، تنذرهم بتصعيد جديد محتمل في الوضع الداخلي، وأن الجهات الغربية المعنية قد بدأت فعلاً بتجهيز الأرضية المناسبة لذلك. فاستراتيجيتهم تتمثل في تنفيذ انقلاب على السلطة باستخدام القوة، وهم على استعداد للجوء إلى شتى الوسائل والاستفزازات لتحقيق هذا الهدف.
ويعكس حديث زورابيشفيلي عن “حكومة ائتلافية” حقيقة أن المعارضة الموالية للغرب لا تنوي الوصول إلى الحكم عبر الوسائل الشرعية والدستورية، بل تسعى لتكوين تكتل سياسي يعلن مطالبته بالسلطة في اللحظة التي تراها مناسبة، دون انتظار صناديق الاقتراع.
ورغم أن بعض أطياف المعارضة وصفت مبادرة زورابيشفيلي بأنها “غير ملائمة من حيث التوقيت”، فإن الواقع يشير إلى أن جورجيا تشهد محاولات متعمدة لخلق وضع داخلي مضطرب، يُفضي إلى ظهور ما يسمى بـ”الحكومة الائتلافية”، مدفوعة بحشود تُستدرج إلى الشوارع. ويبدو أن هناك من يسعى بوضوح إلى إعادة تعبئة الشارع الجورجي وتحفيزه ضد السلطات الحالية. إلا أن الجهات الغربية الداعمة لزورابيشفيلي بدأت تدرك أن تعبئة المواطنين الجورجيين للنزول إلى الشارع والتمترس خلف شعارات “الاختيار الأوروبي” لن يكون سهلاً، خاصةً أن ذاكرة الشعب الجورجي لا تزال تحتفظ بتجربة “الميدان الأوكراني” المريرة، حيث تحوّلت المطالبة بالاندماج الأوروبي إلى كارثة طالت الدولة والشعب في أوكرانيا. مثل هذه السوابق التاريخية باتت تُضعف جاذبية الاحتجاجات الشعبية والعصيان المدني في أعين غالبية المواطنين في جورجيا.
وفي هذا السياق، يُرجَّح أن تعتمد محاولات زعزعة الاستقرار في البلاد على سيناريوهات استفزازية مفتعلة، تتبعها اتهامات موجّهة إلى الحكومة بانتهاك حقوق الإنسان، وارتكاب أعمال قمع لاإنسانية، والترويج لصور ضحايا مزعومين، بما يسهم في توجيه الرأي العام نحو تأييد موجات احتجاجية واسعة النطاق.
وقد بدأت بالفعل ملامح هذه السيناريوهات، التي تستند إلى مفهوم “الثورات الملونة”، تتجلى في نشاط المعارضة الجورجية. فعلى سبيل المثال، فإن التظاهرات المتقطعة التي كانت تُنظَّم أمام البرلمان في تبليسي، باتت تتوجه الآن بشكل متعمد نحو مبنى وزارة الداخلية. وهذا التغيير في مسار التظاهرات ليس صدفة، إذ تعتبر الوزارة – من وجهة نظر المتظاهرين – المسؤول الأول عن “القمع”، ما يجعل من احتمالية افتعال استفزازات ضد عناصر الشرطة الجورجية أمراً وارداً جداً.
ومن الأمثلة اللافتة في هذا السياق، حالة وفاة السجين السابق يوسيب غورغادزه في أحد السجون الجورجية، حيث سارعت وسائل الإعلام المعارضة إلى استغلال الحادثة والترويج لها على نطاق واسع كمحفز محتمل للتظاهرات. إلا أن شخصية غورغادزه، المرتبطة بجرائم خطيرة، لم تكن مناسبة لتلعب دور “شهيد النظام”، مما قلل من فعالية هذه المحاولة. لكن من المؤكد أن المعارضة لن تتوقف، وأن محاولات جديدة لإنتاج “ضحايا أبرياء” لأغراض التعبئة الشعبية ستتكرر قريباً.
وفي الختام، يمكن القول إن الوضع السياسي-الاجتماعي في جورجيا يبقى بالغ التوتر. فالولايات المتحدة ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي تراهن بشكل جدي على زعزعة الاستقرار الداخلي في البلاد. ويواجه حزب “الحلم الجورجي” الحاكم تحديات جسيمة، سيكون مصيرها مرهوناً بقدرة الدولة على التماسك الداخلي، وتهدئة الأوضاع، ومجابهة التدخلات الخارجية بفعالية، وذلك بمساندة مؤسسات دولية، في مقدمتها منظمة الأمم المتحدة.
