وتفيد مسودة القانون التي تم تقديمها من ثلاثة اعضاء في البرلمان الاوكراني من اجل تعديل قانون “المواطنة في أوكرانيا” كما يفيد الموقع الالكتروني للبرلمان (رادا)

هذا وتجدر الاشارة الى ان اكثر من مليون مواطن اوكراني حصلوا على الجنسية الروسية في الاونة الاخيرة حسبما يوكد دميتري كوزاك نائب رئيس إدارة الكرملين، إن حوالي مليون مواطن أوكراني حصلوا على الجنسية الروسية خلال الفترة من عام 2016 إلى عام 2020.
وأضاف كوزاك، في مقابلة مع “بوليتيك إنترناسيونال” نشر نصها على موقع السفارة الروسية في فرنسا: “يتقدم للحصول على جنسيتنا، ليس فقط سكان دونباس، بل والكثير من المقيمين في باقي أنحاء أوكرانيا. في الفترة من 2016 إلى 2020، حصل ما يقرب من 978 ألف مواطن من أوكرانيا على جنسية روسيا”.
ووفقا لممثل الكرملين، بلغ إجمالي عدد المواطنين الأوكرانيين المقيمين في روسيا والمسجلين لدى دوائر الهجرة الروسية في الفترة 2019-2020، نحو 2.5 مليون شخص”.
وشدد دميتري كوزاك، على عدم وجود بيانات منفصلة عن دونباس لديه.
وفي 24 أبريل 2019 ، وقع فلاديمير بوتين مرسومًا بشأن الاستلام المبسط لجوازات السفر الروسية من قبل سكان جمهوريات دونباس التي التي اعلنت الانفصال عن الحكومة الاوكرانية ووفقا لبوتين هذه قضية إنسانية بحتة – روسيا لا تريد أن تخلق مشاكل لكييف ، لكن وضع الحقوق المدنية في جنوب شرق أوكرانيا يتجاوز كل الحدود. بعد أقل من أسبوع ، تم افتتاح مراكز إصدار جوازات السفر الروسية في منطقة روستوف. تلقى سكان مقاطعتي لوغانسك ودونتيسك الوثائق الأولى بموجب مخطط مبسط في 14 يونيو 2019.
