جاء في مرسوم حول ” دعم توطين الأجانب الذين يهمون روسيا” وقعه الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين اليوم الثلاثاء، أن أرباب العمل في روسيا سيتمكنون توظيف الأجانب وأفراد أسرهم دون الحاجة لتصريح.
وقالت الوثيقة التي نشرت اليوم على موقع الكرملين الرسمي للقوانين: “يملك أصحاب العمل وطالبي أعمال (الخدمات)، الحق في توظيف المواطنين الأجانب الذين يشكلون الاهتمام بالنسبة لروسيا وأفراد أسرهم في أنشطة العمل على أراضي روسيا دون الحصول على إذن لجذب واستخدام العمال الأجانب”.إقرأ المزيد
ووفقا للوثيقة، سيكون بمقدور هؤلاء المواطنين الأجانب، بدورهم، العمل دون الحاجة إلى الحصول على تصاريح للعمل.
وخلال ذلك، إذا تولى الأجنبي العمل خلال فترة حصوله على تصريح إقامة أو تصريح إقامة مؤقتة، فإنه ملزم بإخطار الهيئة الإقليمية لوزارة الشؤون الداخلية في روسيا بهذا الأمر في غضون ثلاثة أيام عمل من تاريخ إبرام العقد.
