أكد السفير الإيراني في موسكو، كاظم جلالي، أن التعاون العسكري بين طهران وروسيا يمضي وفق الخطط المرسومة مسبقًا، مشيرًا في تصريحات تلفزيونية إلى أن موسكو اضطلعت بدور بارز في إسناد الموقف الإيراني سياسيًا ودبلوماسيًا خلال النزاع الأخير مع الكيان الصهيوني. وبيّن أن روسيا قدّمت ثلاثة بيانات داخل مجلس الأمن الدولي دعمت فيها موقف إيران بشكل واضح.
تعزيز التعاون العسكري
وأوضح جلالي أن طهران لم تتقدم بطلب للحصول على منظومة الدفاع الجوي S-400 قبل اندلاع جولة التصعيد في يونيو الماضي، لافتًا إلى أن هناك مسارات أخرى من التعاون العسكري تتطور بصورة هادئة وسرية، ووفق الجدول المتفق عليه. وأكد أن طبيعة التفاهمات بين إيران وروسيا تختلف جذريًا عن تلك التي تنسقها موسكو مع دول مثل بيلاروس وكوريا الشمالية، مبينًا أن المقترحات الروسية الخاصة باتفاقات الدفاع المشتركة لا تزال في مراحلها الأولية وتخضع للدراسة.
ثبات الموقف واحترام الأطر الدولية
وشدد السفير على أن إيران كانت ـ ولا تزال ـ طرفًا فاعلًا على طاولة التفاوض، وتحافظ على التزاماتها ضمن إطار التعاون مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية. لكنه أكد في الوقت ذاته أن طهران لن تقبل بأي مفاوضات قد تُفضي إلى إملاءات أو شروط قسرية، في موقف يعكس حرصها على تعزيز قدراتها الدفاعية وترسيخ سياستها الدبلوماسية في ظل الاحتقان الإقليمي الراهن.
