أكدت لجنة التحقيق الروسية أنها تجري تحقيقات حول عشرة مواطنين أمريكيين وبعض المسؤولين في وزارة الدفاع الأوكرانية لتورطهم في صنع أسلحة بيولوجية على الأراضي الأوكرانية.
وقال رئيس لجنة التحقيق الروسية ألكسندر باستريكين، إن الوزارة تواصل العمل على جمع وتحديد الأدلة على انتهاكات أوكرانيا لاتفاقية حظر تطوير وإنتاج وتخزين الأسلحة البكتريولوجية (البيولوجية) والتكسينية وتدمير تلك الأسلحة.
وتابع قائلا: “يتم حاليا متابعة وفحص أكثر من 10 مواطنين أمريكيين، بالإضافة إلى عدد من مسؤولي وزارة الدفاع الأوكرانية، لمشاركتهم في تنفيذ برامج بيولوجية ذات استخدام مزدوج”.
وأوضح باستريكين أن المصدر الرئيسي للأدلة حتى يومنا هذا هو بيانات وزارة الدفاع الروسية، التي تم اكتشافها خلال سير العملية العسكرية الخاصة في أوكرانيا.
من جانب آخر لفت باستريكين إلى أنه منذ عام 2014، فتحت لجنة التحقيق الروسية أكثر من 2.5 ألف قضية جرائم ارتكبها نظام كييف، أكثر من نصفها منذ بداية تصعيد الصراع عام 2022 والعملية العسكرية الخاصة.
وتابع قائلا: “في الوقت الحالي، يجرى تحقيق أولي في 544 2 قضية جنائية بدأت لجنة التحقيق بالشروع فيها منذ عام 2014. وقد بدأ معظمها (443 1) منذ بدء تصعيد النزاع من قبل الجانب الأوكراني والعملية الخاصة اللاحقة عملية عسكرية”.
ولفت باستريكين إلى أن معظم القضايا الجنائية تتعلق بجرائم ضد السكان المدنيين.
