وأطلق الملياردير الروسي، أوليغ ديريباسكا، على أحد المشاريع الداعمة للبنية تحتية في روسيا عبارة المشروع البديل لقناة السويس المصرية. والمعروف بـ “طريق سيبيريا الجديد”.
وقال شويغو في مقابلة مع قناة “أر بي كا”: “نحن بحاجة إلى بناء طريق آمن وفعال بين أوروبا والصين. لقد أصبحت الحاجة إلى إنشاء ممر نقل مثل هذا مهم، خصوصا مع التطورات التي تشهدها المنطقة، بما في ذلك الوضع الحالي في أفغانستان.
وتابع شويغو “بالنسبة لروسيا لهذا الطريق أهمية كبيرة كونه يخلق مراكز الإنتاج في سيبيريا، حيث الممر الحديث”.
وأشار شويغو إلى صعوبة المشروع بسبب التحديث الكامل للسكك الحديدية العابرة لسيبيريا، وبناء جسور وأنفاق جديدة.
ونشر الملياردير الروسي على قناته في تلغرام، فقد ضاعفت الصين بين شهري يناير/ كانون الثاني وفبراير/ شباط الماضي من عمليات نقل البضائع بالسكك الحديدية عبر روسيا وآسيا.
وأشار الملياردير إلى أن ارتفاع أسعار العمليات البحرية وطول مدة التسليم البحري أجبر بكين على زيادة اعتمادها على النقل بالسكك الحديدية.
واعتبر ديريباسكا بعد حادثة جنوح السفينة في قناة السويس إلى أن هذه الحادثة ستجبر السكك الحديدية الروسية على النظر إلى حركة المرور العابر (للقارات) بشكل مختلف… الهدف الأكثر وضوحا والمبرر اقتصاديا هو تمكين روسيا من التطور إلى مركز رئيسي (اقتصادي) ورابط كامل بين أوروبا وآسيا”.
يذكر أن وزير الدفاع الروسي، سيرغي شويغو، أعلن في وقت سابق، خلال اجتماع مع الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين وممثلي حزب “روسيا الموحدة”، عن إمكانية إنشاء مدن جديدة في سيبيريا حتى عام 2030، من خلال استثمارات مقبولة.
