الحدث الروسي
دعت روسيا زملاءها في مجموعة العشرين الكبار (G20) إلى الاعتراف المتبادل بالتطعيم ضد فيروس كورونا باللقاحات المعتمدة رسميا في هذه الدول.
وأشار وزير الصحة الروسي ميخائيل موراشكو، خلال اجتماع وزاري لـG20 عقد في روما على خلفية قمة المجموعة، إلى أن ضرورة التوافق بشأن تنسيق البحوث ووضع سياسات مشتركة في مجال الرقابة بغية ضمان وصول الناس إلى المنتجات الطبية ضد الأمراض الفيروسية في أسرع وقت ممكن، مشددا على أن ضرورة أن تستند الهيئات المعنية بالرقابة في تقييمها للقاحات إلى البيانات العلمية حصرا دون أن تحمل هذه العملية أي صبغة سياسية.
وتابع: “من المهم تنسيق سياسات مشتركة بهدف رفع القيود عن تنقلات الناس الذين خضعوا للتطعيم، وفي هذا الصدد من المهم دراسة إمكانية الاعتراف المتبادل بين دول مجموعة العشرين بالتطعيم باللقاحات المعتمدة من قبل الجهات المعنية فيها”.
ولفت موراشكو أيضا إلى اقتراح روسي بشأن إنشاء “ممرات خضراء” خالية من الحروب التجارية والعقوبات، مؤكدا أن هذه المبادرة تستهدف بالدرجة الأولى منح جميع المحتاجين الوصول دون عوائق إلى الأدوية والأغذية والأجهزة والتكنولوجيات المطلوبة لحمايتهم من مرض “كوفيد-19”.
واختتم الوزير كلمته بالقول: “روسيا منفتحة على أوسع أنواع التعاون مع جميع الشركاء المعنيين بما يخص مصالح عالم مستقر وصحيح ومزدهر”.
