تجري سلطات مدينة موسكو قرعة للحصول على عشر شقق سكنية في موسكو تمنح لفائزين تسحب أسماؤهم عشوائيا من ضمن سكان موسكو الذين تلقوا لقاحا ضد كوفيد بجرعتيه والمشاركين في المسابقة.
وبحسب وسائل الإعلام الروسية، ستبدأ السحوبات في 27 أكتوبر وستقام كل أربعاء لمدة خمسة أسابيع. وسيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين على الهواء ونشرهم على موقع البواية الحكومية لبلدية موسكو، “mos.ru”.
وسيتمكن سكان موسكو الذين تم تطعيمهم باللقاح المضاد بكورونا في الفترة من 18 أكتوبر إلى 21 نوفمبر من المشاركة في المسابقة.
وجاء في البيان “كل أسبوع ولمدة خمسة أسابيع، بدءا من 27 أكتوبر، سيتم سحب شقتين من غرفة واحدة في موسكو. سيتمكن مواطنو روسيا (البالغون) الذين لديهم بوليصة تأمين طبي إلزامي في موسكو من المشاركة في السحوبات”.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في ضوء تشجيع المواطنين على أخذ اللقاح، علما أن قرار التطعيم في موسكو هو قرار طوعي للمواطنين، إلا أن السلطات تشجع وتدعو للتطعيم بسرعة للوقاية وللسلامة العامة والحد من تفشي الفيروس.
