أعلنت وكالة الطب الحيوي الفيدرالية الروسية أن عقار “كوفيد غلوبولين”، وهو أول عقار مناعي مميز مسجل في العالم، يخضع حاليا للتجارب السريرية .
وقالت أولغا إيخلر، رئيسة قسم الدعم الطبي في وكالة الطب الحيوي الفيدرالية الروسية، في تصريح على هامش منتدى الشرق الاقتصادي: “تجري الآن المرحلة الأولى من التجارب السريرية لعقار تم تحضيره في مختبر شركة ناتسيمبيو المناعية التابعة لمؤسسة روستيخ، وهو غلوبولين مناعي مميز مضاد لكوفيد”.
وكانت وزارة الصحة الروسية قد سجّلت مطلع أبريل أول غلوبولين مناعي مميز في العالم لفيروس كورونا على أساس بلازما الدم للأشخاص المتعافين من المرض.
وينتظر بعد الانتهاء من المرحلتين الثانية والثالثة من التجارب السريرية، استخدام الدواء في علاج الحالات المتوسطة والشديدة من عدوى كوفيد-19.
