أشارت مفوضة حقوق الإنسان في روسيا تاتيانا موسكالكوفا إلى وقوع استفزازات وأعمال عنف خلال المظاهرات التي نظمت في البلاد اليوم الأحد بنداء من المعارض أليكسي نافالني.وذكرت موسكالكوفا في بيان صدر عنها أنها تتحمل المسؤولية ليس عن حماية حقوق المشاركين في المظاهرات فقط بل وعناصر قوات الأمن الذين يؤدون مهامهم خلال هذه الحملات غير المرخصة.وقالت إن المظاهرات شهدت “أعمال عنف وتصرفات غير ملائمة واستفزازات مباشرة“، معربة عن ثقتها بأن هذه الأعمال تودي إلى “اشتباكات وخلافات وفوضى”.وتابعت: “يشبه كل ذلك كثيرا حملات الترويع وليس الحوار وبالتأكيد ليس النضال من أجل الحقوق”.ولفتت موسكالكوفا إلى أنها تواصل معالجة الشكاوى التي تتلقاها عما تشهده المظاهرات، داعية جميع الأطرف إلى الحوار مجددا.وفي وقت سابق من اليوم، أكدت موسكالكوفا في معرض تعليقها على تقارير تتحدث عن استخدام قوات الأمن أجهزة الصعق الكهربائي ضد المحتجين في مدينة بطرسبورغ، أن هذه الحالات المزعومة تستدعي التحقيق الدقيق في ملابساتها.
