أعلن نائب رئيس الوزراء الروسي، ألكسندر نوفاك، أن روسيا مستعدة لخفض إنتاج النفط، ردا على إجراءات الغرب وضع سقف لأسعار النفط والمنتجات البترولية الروسية.
وأوضح نوفاك في تصريح صحفي أن خفض الإنتاج مطلع العام المقبل قد يصل من 500 ألف إلى 700 ألف برميل يوميا.
وأشار إلى أن موسكو تخطط أيضا لحظر توريد النفط والمنتجات البترولية إلى الدول والكيانات القانونية التي ستطلب الامتثال لسقف الأسعار في العقود.
وأوضح أنه وفقا لنتائج العام الحالي، سينمو إنتاج النفط في روسيا بنسبة 2% ، إلى 530 مليون طن.
وتوقع نوفاك أن تسجل أسعار النفط والمنتجات البترولية ارتفاعا في أوروبا بعد فرض حظر على الإمدادات من روسيا في فبراير المقبل.
وقال نوفاك إن روسيا ستبيع منتجاتها النفطية في جميع أنحاء العالم، بينما يتعين على أوروبا “العمل بجد لإيجاد وتغطية العجز الذي سيشهده السوق”.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن دول مجموعة السبع والاتحاد الأوروبي وأستراليا وافقت مطلع ديسمبر الجاري على وضع سقف لأسعار النفط الروسي.
وبحسب الإجراء التي اتفقت عليه هذه المجموعة فإن الدول لن تشتري النفط من روسيا بسعر أعلى من 60 دولارا للبرميل.
في الوقت نفسه، ستستمر العديد من دول الاتحاد الأوروبي التي لا تستطيع الوصول إلى بدائل للموارد الروسية بسبب موقعها الجغرافي، في استيراد النفط الروسي.
وفي وقت سابق أعلن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين أنه يعتزم التوقيع على مرسوم بشأن الإجراءات الجوابية فيما يتعلق بفرض سقف لأسعار النفط في بداية الأسبوع المقبل.
