أفاد نائب رئيس الوزراء الروسي، ألكسندر نوفاك، بأن روسيا استلمت في العام 2022 أكثر من 20 طلبا من دول مختلفة بالمقام الأول من دول آسيوية، لشراء موراد طاقة وبشكل خاص النفط الخام.

وقال نوفاك، في مقال حول توسع جغرافيا صادرات الطاقة الروسية، والذي نشر في مجلة “سياسة الطاقة” التابعة لوزارة الطاقة الروسية: “في العام الماضي، تم استلام أكثر من 20 طلبا من دول مختلفة، وخاصة من آسيا، لتوريد النفط والمنتجات النفطية والغاز الطبيعي المسال، ويعد ذلك مؤشرا إلى وجود إمكانية كبيرة لتوسيع جغرافيا الصادرات”.
وأضاف نائب رئيس الوزراء الروسي، أنه من أجل تعزيز السيادة المالية للبلاد فإن الانتقال السريع إلى التسويات بالعملات الوطنية له أهمية خاصة، وأشار إلى أن جزء كبير من التسويات يتم تنفيذها بالروبل واليوان والروبية.
كذلك لفت المسؤول الروسي إلى تزايد عدد الدول التي تتحول إلى التسويات بالعملات الوطنية مع شركائها.
كما خصص نوفاك جزءا من مقاله للعلاقات الروسية والهندية في مجال الطاقة، حيث تحدث عن أن روسيا زادت في العام 2022 إمدادات النفط إلى الهند 19 مرة، والمنتجات النفطية بنحو مرتين، أما إمدادات الفحم فقد زادتها بقرابة 3 مرات.
وجاء في المقال “مقارنة بالعام 2021، زادت روسيا إمدادات النفط إلى الهند العام الماضي 19 مرة لتصل إلى 41 مليون طن، والفحم بنحو 3 مرات إلى 20 مليون طن، فيما بلغت صادرات المنتجات النفطية إلى الهند في العام الماضي حوالي 6.2 مليون طن مقابلة 3.1 مليون طن تم تسجيلها في العام 2021”.
وبشكل عام، أشار نوفاك إلى وجود ارتفاع ملحوظ في صادرات موارد الطاقة من روسيا إلى الهند وكذلك إلى الصين.
