وبحسب البيان الصادر عن رئاسة مجلس الوزراء في الجزائر، أعرب الوزير الأول جراد “باسم رئيس الجمهورية عبد المجيد تبون عن شكر الحكومة الجزائرية للسلطات العليا الروسية على تجاوبها لطلب الجزائر لاقتناء لقاح سبوتنيكV “.وأضاف البيان: “تم الاتفاق على الشروع في اتصالات بين المصالح المختصة في البلدين بهدف إقامة تعاون ثنائي في مجال تصنيع اللقاح سبوتنيك V في الجزائر”، بحسب موقع “الجزائر الآن”.
وبدوره، أكد السفير الروسي أن “خبراء روس سيأتون إلى الجزائر لمعاينة المنشآت الصيدلانية وإنتاج اللقاح الروسي سبوتنيكV”، وأن هذه العملية قد تتطلب من 6 إلى 9 أشهر تقريبا.
ونوه رئيس الوزراء إلى أن عملية التلقيح “لن تكون في يوم أو يومين أو أسبوع أو شهر ولكن ستدوم طوال السنة”، بحسب وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية.ونوه الجراد إلى أن بلاده لديها “تقاليد” متبعة في حملات التلقيح الوطنية وأن العملية ستصبح “عادية” بالنسبة للمواطن، وشدد على ضرورة أن تكون “الأرضية الوطنية دقيقة في معلوماتها” حتى يتسنى إعطاء للمواطن معلومات دقيقة عن المكان والساعة الذي يجب أن يذهب فيها لتلقي اللقاحات.
